Youth Education, Enrichment and Development Program
The Youth Education, Enrichment and Development Program is designed to provide youth and adults of low-income areas of Dekalb County and surrounding communities with the skills and opportunities that will lead to personal and academic achievement. The Program will provide training and support services through adult computer and literacy training, life skills taining, academic tutoring and student mentoring.
Furniture Bank Program
Chosen Abilities partners with Pavilion of Hope, Inc. to provide free furniture to families and individuals coming out of homelessness and arriving as refugees in metro Atlanta. Clients can receive up to 10 - 12 furniture and household items depending upon availability.
Women Empowerment Training
Women of Instinct, Women Empowerment Training Program is designed to create an atmosphere conducive for women to network with other women alike. The program is designed to fill in the barriers of today’s economic hardships among women. The program will empower women to develop life and leadership skills in relation to their role in the home, the workplace, and the community.
Back To School Program
This program provides the necessary schools supplies for children in grades k-12 to start the school year off with the tools needed to become successful.
Annual Christmas Event
Our annual holiday event aims to afford a full Christmas experience of new unwrapped toys, clothing, and food to children and families in need.
Easter Spring Festival
This event includes an egg hunt, food, entertainment, raffles, prizes, and fun for all!
